Ari B. Weiss, Esq.

Ari B. Weiss, Esq., is of counsel to Fensterstock Law PLLC. 

Ari began working with the firm in 2011, having previously worked at a Manhattan law firm representing clients in all areas of complex commercial litigation matters including real estate litigation, contract litigation, and landlord-tenant litigation.  Prior to joining that firm, he served as in-house counsel at two national title insurance companies, both as underwriting counsel and claims counsel.  Ari also gained valuable experience as an associate at a Nassau County law firm representing clients in all matters pertaining to the collection of consumer and commercial debt, as well as general real estate matters.

Ari received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2d Dep't).  Ari received his Bachelor of Arts in corporate communications from the City University of New York, Baruch College, graduating with honors in 2002.
