Joshua G. Fensterstock, Esq., founded Fensterstock Law PLLC in 2010. Since 2016, Josh has been named a Top Attorney in North America. In 2018, Josh was named to the Top 100 Registry for Real Estate Law.
Before founding the firm, Josh was employed as an associate at a Manhattan law firm where he spent years honing his skills in real estate and corporate transactions. He was also an associate at a Long Island firm where he represented lenders at the closings of purchases of residential and commercial properties. Prior to his work in the private sector, Josh served as counsel to the Nassau County Comptroller.
Born in New York City, Josh received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Josh interned for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Josh was admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2d Dep't) in 2004, and in the State of New Jersey in 2021. Before beginning his formal legal education, Josh received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 1999, where he majored in business administration.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys creative writing and playing guitar. His novel, "The Nobel Rebellion," was first published in 2011.
