Litigation

When litigation becomes necessary, we are prepared to represent our clients before the appropriate tribunal.  Our commercial litigation requires us to engage in motion practice, court appearances, trials, appeals and settlement negotiations on behalf of our clients.  We represent both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes, and we often represent individuals, businesses and/or their principals in disputes with other companies for breaches of contracts.  Our attorneys also represent business owners in disputes with their partners, or other shareholders or members of a company.  In addition to our traditional litigation practice, we also represent clients in alternative dispute resolution, when appropriate, including but not limited to arbitration conducted by recognized alternative dispute resolution organizations such as the American Arbitration Association.
