Joseph Rabanipour, Esq.

Joseph Rabanipour, Esq., is an associate at Fensterstock Law PLLC, representing clients in complex real estate and corporate transactions.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Joseph was employed for several years as a Real Estate Salesperson at a Manhattan brokerage firm. In this role, Joseph had the opportunity to hone his relationship building skills as well as learning about the New York City real estate market. 

A Long Island native, Joseph received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2022, and graduated with cum laude honors.  As a law student, Joseph interned for the Community and Economic Development Clinic at Hofstra University. In this role, he participated in corporate formations and real estate transactions. Joseph was admitted to practice law in the State of New York (1st Dep't) in 2023.   Before beginning his formal legal education, Joseph received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, with a major in economics from the City University of New York at Queens College in 2018. 

Joseph brings his combined legal and real estate experiences to Fensterstock Law PLLC, and forges strong partnerships with entrepreneurs across New York State.
